All orders placed are delivered by a third-party courier service or by the postal system. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with details of the expected delivery schedule, including a tracking number. Goods are normally delivered within three working days of placing an order, however, delivery can only be made by postal service to home addresses when the recipient is available at the time to receive the package. Ecoset will not be responsible for deliveries that cannot be made due to the unavailability of the recipient or due to incorrect contact numbers or address details having been given when processing your purchase. Please ensure all addresses and contact details are correct when inputting on our site whilst ordering. Deliveries are only made on working days and no deliveries are made on weekends or on public holidays. Deliveries can be made to private homes and business addresses. As we are a local business in Greystones, Co. Wicklow we offer free delivery to surrounding areas within a 5km radius.

We have a 14-day return and exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return and exchange. If merchandise is returned, unused and in its original packaging, together with the original receipt or email order confirmation, we are happy to refund within 14 days or exchange within 14 days. PLEASE NOTE: We do not offer returns or refunds on any personalised Ecoset products. Ecoset cannot be held responsible for incorrect personalised items if the information we have been given was incorrect. We advise you to make sure that the details you provide us for personalisation are correct when submitting your request. When submitting name requests please ensure names are spelt correctly in our product personalisation feature (i.e. don’t forget the fada!).
